Magical Attribute: Fire: A common attribute with Doneme. Generating fire is not a huge issue for her, but the skill is rarely used outside of lighting candles or other small items. With how clumsy she believes herself to be? She is a little afraid of the idea of being able to generate any form of large fire ball and instead focused in on containing small flames and being able to snuff fire by repressing the flames.
Physical Attribute: Strength: Born with enhanced strength, Velsia has taken extreme care in learning not to harm others with it. Because of this she has taken classes basic defense for her ability type, focusing on working with extreme strength so that if defense is needed she doesn't rip an attackers arm out of socket. Because of her strength Velsia is very careful around anything 'breakable' and does not keep anything fragile in her home.

Attitude:
- Velsia is extremely outgoing and friendly, always excited to go and do things. She has a general good outlook on life and is willing to give a person or activity the benifit of the doubt about being good or fun at least once before passing judgment. She honestly hates people that are straight on aggressive with unknown reason, believing that such a mind set without reason is a good way to mess up your or other people's lives. Her mood is quick to change, though generally unpredictably; while she never suddenly becomes violent- she can become annoyed easily, more so if she feels someone is trying to put her or someone she is with down. Her biggest issue is becoming embarrassed when she knocks into things, and she is incredible self aware of her body as her high energy has knocked over and broken more then one fragile item in her life.

- Justice: Seeing harsher laws for bad parents in INCEPT go into effect, or for those that hurt children? Yep that makes her day. Seeing a parent that has been neglectful or abusive actually punished for their crimes against children makes her happy as well. At the end of the day she finds it most satisfying when people take the lives and futures of children seriously, instead of just shrugging them off.

Weaknesses:
- Bull in the CSI: With super strength, and being large (and not as graceful as her sister for example) she tends to either knock into items with her wings and tail, or tip toe with her limbs pulled flush to her. This slows her down, and can be rather embarrassing.
- Temper: Her temper for certain items is an issue as she has a hard time changing modes without getting the emotions out, this putting her in the position at times of looking like she is ready to snap when the person she is with hasn't done anything.
Strengths:
- Conviction: While she may not be winning her battle with the adoption system at any point soon, she has a willingness and drive to stay with it. She feels she is making an impact no matter how small, and is not willing to leave that path.
- Upbeat: Come on and try to smile, there is something good in everything; you just might have to dig a little to get to it. This trait helps prevent her from getting depressed with some of the harsher cases at work.

History:

- Born to her parents on Aedus as their second child. Her older sister Bool had been a while out of the home and off inside of INCEPT when she was hatched. She was named Velsia, and had the same support from her parents that her sibling had as she grew. The extended family was happy to help the blessed couple who showed the strong genetics of her family in her appearance as a Doneme and her ability with fire. Opposite her sister she was born with two sets of horns with glowing tips (though the second set was extremely small), and regularly membranous wings. The fork at the end of her tail also had a glow, and was often a source of interest for her when she was an infant.

Enthusiastic and outgoing Velsia was willing to put herself to any task that was put before her. School work was something she made into fun, even finding bright points in areas of struggle. If she got a low grade, she mad a game out of the subject or tried to get her parents to learn it over with her; never letting herself cry over making a mistake when a fix was just around the corner! Schooling went by for her rather quickly, though she was stuck as it grew time for her to pick her life path in school. So many things to be! She could follow after Mom, or Dad, or strike out and do something all her own! In the end a visit to Cruix and her sister as a teen made up her mind. She wanted to come and be what her sister was to support her. Being from a planet where each child was a treasure, seeing homeless children was heart wrenching. She focused on school, working for a basic degree in psychology and mental health so she could go straight into higher schooling once she graduated on Aedus at fifty.

Plans for her to begin schooling on Cruix in 2561 came to a screeching halt with the interstellar plague that spread rapidly during that year. She instead settled into online work, carefully watching the new on INCEPT with a great deal of fear for her sister. It was hard on the entire family knowing that Bool was in the center of the event, and not being able to check in due to communications being down or because the woman simply didn't have time. It would be several years after the event that Velsia finally made the move to cruix in 2565, getting into her last year of schooling on planet before she became a social worker along side her sister.

On graduating Velsia had to move off of campus, and into the city proper; it took some time to find the right space to call her own and to get a roommate to share it with. One of the perks she found the neighborhood had moving in, was that an entire tribe of Bemy lived in the same area. She found them easy to get on with, and was extremely taken by the closeness of their tribe and familes; and found it a fresh breath of air around what she saw at work.

After several years of working with the tribe, Velsia made a former request to the Yoliliztli's Alpha to fully join their tribe as a matren. It was a great fit for her, and being included in such a wonderful group was highly appealing. She was of the general opinion that she could help the tribe a lot by teaching them classes she had been through on child care to increase how well the other tribe matrens managed.

The Tri-world Collapse put every one's skills to the test as planets and care centers around INCEPT were flooded with those lucky few who escaped the disaster. It was stressful and scary, but she did her best to smile through it and work to keep herself and her co-workers sane when not taking care of those that were assigned to the center for shelter and care.

Having fully settled after the events that had rocked her life, Velsia began speaking to the current Alpha of picking up more slack around the tribe; or at least as a matren. There were only so many of them, and with the ever growing tribe she suggested she might be able to help set up a network to make sure at least one was available at all times for emergencies. Keeping track of when everyone worked, when they were available, when they had things that prevented them from being available; and helping to get classes yearly on child safety, first Aid, and to educate about other species and crosses that came into the care of the tribe. She never was asked to do any of it, she just wanted to help and do it. After all someone had to take the lead to help everyone be the best they could be.

- The Regoinile is a species that were all one race back in ancient times but have since then began to spread out as different traits formed with evolution. These separations became known as the Lagene and the Doneme. Through their joints together they did create a hybrid of the two, the Marevpi – commonly wingless and tailless, showing little between the two save for what was shared in common. Despite outwardly appearances and diets, they are one and the same and they all accept this.
